If your Grid suddenly disappears off your screen, and you suspect that you accidentally dragged it off, then the following steps will help:
1. Type /grid config
2. A window should pop up on your screen.
3. In the left menu find Layout. Beneath it there should be a submenu Advanced. Click on the Advanced.
4. To the right there should be a red button with the words Reset Position.
5. Your Grid should appear in the middle of your screen!
Even when a different mod will do the same function with a similar frame, it takes a while to adjust to a new mod. If you have no alternative mods it's even worse, especially if you have to end up healing with the default raid frames. I personally use grid for healing, tanking, and even as a dps. Being able to always see your party/raid's status keeps you more aware of the situation.
